Refund policy

From the date you receive your order, you have a 2-day window to contact our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit.

Items listed on the our website are sold by private sellers on a consignment basis. As such, we do not accept returns for refunds on any purchased items. This policy aligns with the consumer-to-consumer sales framework commonly adopted by other reseller platforms within the USA.

Due to the pre-loved nature of our products, some pieces may exhibit signs of wear. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the description and photographs before making a purchase. We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold through Mi Amore Vintage. Should any item be proven inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Our team will provide you with a shipping label. If you choose to arrange your own shipping, you will be responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return.
