Shipping policy

Customs Fees: Custom charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. PLEASE NOTE, IF IMPORT DUTIES ARE NOT PAID YOUR ORDER WILL BE RETURNED TO US. DUE TO AN UPDATE IN DHL POLICY, THE TAX WILL STILL BE CHARGED TO OUR ACCOUNT + A RETURN SHIPPING FEE + $50 ADMIN FEE. THESE FEES WILL BE BILLED BACK TO THE CLIENT / TAKEN OFF STORE CREDIT AND ONLY REFUNDED IF DHL REFUND THESE FEES BACK TO Concept Vérité  WHICH IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Mi Amore Vintage  we will reach out to the customer twice, if the customer does not respond we will refund the customer 90% of the order amount. The customer must pay for shipping again if an order is returned to us.
